A Stroll Down Elmwood's College Avenue!

Carol & I travelled to Berkeley's lovely Claremont Neighborhood to show a wonderful home to a relocation buyer who found us on our berkeleyhomes.com web site.

After our meeting, we had lunch at Holy Land (one of our favorite restaurants in town) the strolled up Elmwood Neighborhood's College Avenue to visit the hobby shop, wine merchant, Mrs. Dalloway's books, the Tibet Import store, What the Traveler Saw... and Cafe Roma.

The caffeine artist made a picture atop the cappucchino.. and the reflection of the light reminded me of last night's sunset photo.

You can understand why we have a passion about our wonderful city, and love to share our excitement with others!
