We will never forget

My mother wanted us to take her for a drive through Manhattan after my cousin's wedding on Sun 2 Sep 2001. We stopped in Jersey City for a view of Lower Manhattan.

On Tue 4 Sep 2001 I drove Carol to the South Tower to pick up discount
Broadway show tickets at the TKTS booth.

We will never, ever forget.

The New San Francisco Bay Bridge!

I've been watching the new San Francisco Bay Bridge being built... but from the old bridge, and not from sea level.

When I read that Architecture Month is underway, and they had architecture cruise of the new bridge... I just signed up!

Carol & I went on Berkeley MLS Broker's Tour, saw some great homes in the Berkeley Hills (including a personal favorite of mine) and Oakland's Rockridge neighborhood to tell our buyers about, took lots of pictures and notes, created our custom web site.. and then I took BART to San Francisco to board the ship.

Yes.. it was about 90º today... but was lovely on the bay.
