The Annual Solano Stroll parade starts at 11 am at the Top of Solano Avenue

And from 2-4 pm we'll be holding the marvelous home at 1711 San Lorenzo Avenue open for your viewing pleasure. For the very first time, we created a QuickTime Streaming Video of the seller to find out what the owners loved about living there. It's in Berkeley's Thousand Oaks Neighborhood. We know it well - we've lived two blocks away for over 20 years... and I've been President of the Thousand Oaks Neighborhood Association - TONA.
